Welcome! We are pleased to assist teams in securing hotel rooms for the upcoming tournament. We ask that you thoroughly read all reservation information, and cancellation policies. Many thanks and let us know how we can assist you. All teams requiring hotel stays must book through this housing website in order to be considered for tournament acceptance. All hotels featured below are within 20 minutes drive from all tournament sites. STEP 1 Team
Managers will set up a GROUP BLOCK for your team. Pan Down to view all
the hotels and make a selection that best fits your needs. (Note: For your convenience, all hotels are grouped by proximity to fields). Click Make a
Reservation and Create a Team Block. STEP 2 Parents
will create Individual reservations using the GROUP CODE that your Team
Manager created. Please enter the GROUP CODE in the left hand
navigation panel where it says "Have a Group Code enter it here" then
walk through the normal reservation process. STEP 3 In
the email called Reservation Details you will find your order number.
You will need that order number to enter into the registration form. We reserve the right to move a team for the benefit of the tournament. |

Please be advised that the region will be hosting several major college graduations, a convention, weddings and other sports events on Memorial Weekend. It may be necessary for you to stay at a hotel location that is a bit further away than you would normally like. Please be assured that we are working to secure the best hotels at the best rates for you and your team. Thank you.
